Beat the House 3 Card Privacy Policy

• You do not create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or location.
• Your chips and game progress are saved on your own device. We do not keep a copy.
• The game shows ads from Google AdMob. Google collects some device and usage information to show and measure those ads.
• The game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to tell us how the game is played, such as how many hands are played and which tables are chosen. This does not include your name or contact details.
• Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We never see your card or payment details.

The game saves the following on your device so you can pick up where you left off:

• your chip balance
• simple play totals, such as the number of hands played, won and lost
• your last bet, your sound settings and the time of your last Daily Rewards spin
• whether you have bought Remove Ads, and the reference numbers of purchases already credited, so a purchase is never credited twice
• Chips from an earlier version. If you update from an earlier version of Beat the House 3 Card on iPhone or iPad, the game reads the chip balance that the earlier version saved on your device, so you keep what you had. This is read on your device only and is not sent anywhere.

This information stays on your device. The saved data itself is not sent to us. Deleting the game deletes it.

The game uses Google AdMob to show ads, including optional video ads you can choose to watch for free chips. To show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure results and prevent fraud, Google's advertising software in the game may collect:

• device identifiers, such as your device's advertising ID
• your IP address, which can indicate your general location (such as country or city)
• device information, such as model, operating system, language and network type
• information about the ads shown and how you interact with them
• diagnostic information, such as crash and performance data from the advertising software

Google uses the information it collects through AdMob under its own privacy policy.

This information is collected by Google, not by us, and is handled under Google's own policies:

• Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• How Google uses information from apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

The game uses Google Analytics for Firebase so we can see how the game is played and improve it. Where your consent is required, analytics stays off until you give it. Through this software, Google collects on our behalf:

• an app instance ID (a random identifier for this installation of the game) and, where you allow it, your device's advertising ID
• device information, such as model, operating system, language and app version
• your general location (country or region), worked out from your IP address
• how the game is used: when it is opened, whether the practice hand is played or skipped, the table chosen, the bets and result of each hand, Daily Rewards spins, video ads watched, and when the shop is opened
• which item was bought when a purchase is made (never your payment details)

Google provides Google Analytics for Firebase, which we use to understand how the game is played.

We see this information as totals and by anonymous identifier. It does not include your name, email address or phone number, and we do not use it to identify you. Google handles it under the Google Privacy Policy linked above, and explains its analytics practices at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

The game offers optional purchases: packs of play chips and Remove Ads. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. They handle your payment details; we do not receive them. The game receives only a confirmation that a purchase was made, so it can add your chips or turn off ads.

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, which handle your payment information under their own privacy policies.

Chips are play chips for entertainment only. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes.

Beat the House 3 Card does not offer real-money gambling or any chance to win money or prizes. Practice or success in this game does not mean future success at real-money gambling. Optional in-app purchases are available.

We do not collect or store, on our own systems:

• your name, email address, phone number or postal address
• your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location
• account logins or passwords (the game has no accounts)
• your payment card details

We do not sell personal information.

• Advertising ID. You can reset or limit the use of your device's advertising ID. On iPhone and iPad, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising. On Android, go to Settings > Google > Ads (the wording can differ by device).
• Personalized ads from Google. You can manage how Google personalizes ads at https://adssettings.google.com.
• Remove Ads. Buying Remove Ads stops the ads shown between hands. Video ads you choose to watch for free chips remain available.
• Deleting your data. Deleting the game from your device removes the game data saved on it. For information held by Google, Apple or your device maker, use the controls those companies provide.

Beat the House 3 Card is a simulated casino game intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We do not operate servers that store your game data. Google, Apple and other providers named above may process information in the United States and other countries, under their own policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. Because the game does not send us your name or contact details, we generally cannot link analytics information to you. For information collected through advertising and analytics, Google provides tools to exercise these rights at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can also contact us using the details below and we will help where we can.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
