The first time you play, after you agree to the terms, a card asks whether we may count how the game is played. YES, SHARE switches play statistics on. NO THANKS leaves them off. Nothing is recorded before you answer, and nothing is recorded if you say no.
You can change your answer at any time: open COMFORT from your left wrist and set PLAY STATS to PRIVATE or SHARE.
If you say yes, the game sends these events to Google Analytics for Firebase, a service of Google:
- which place you visit
- which game you sit down at
- each hand, spin or roll you play: the game, the place, the stake level, the chips staked and the chips won
- when you collect free chips from the cashier
- when you open the cashier's shop, and which extra place you buy
- which stake level you choose
Google's software in the game also records, by itself: when the game is first opened, when a session starts and how long it lasts, the game's version, your headset's model, its system version and language, and your country, worked out from your internet address. Google does not keep the internet address. Each installation of the game is given a random number so that Google can tell one installation's events from another's. It is not your Meta account and does not say who you are.
We have switched off the collection of advertising identifiers and the use of this information for advertising.
We use play statistics to see which places and games are played and where players stop, so that we can improve the game. We do not sell them and we do not use them for advertising.
Google handles this information for us under its own terms and privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Google keeps event-level information for up to 14 months.
If you switch play statistics off, the game stops sending at once. To have what was already sent removed, write to us at the address below.
The legal ground for this, where the law asks for one, is your consent.
